On the nose we discover a bouquet of black fruits, cherry and blackcurrant, with notes of cocoa and spices. On the palate we taste a rich and elegant wine. The notes of blackberries mingle with the flavors of undergrowth, with an elegant and fresh wine. The Savigny-les-Beaune from Domaine Parigot is a complex and balanced wine with a beautiful length in the mouth. It is an excellent quality/price ratio for the region.
HISTORY OF THE DOMAIN
Domaine Parigot is a 19-hectare family estate located in Meloisey, in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune in Burgundy . Alexandre, who took over from his father Régis, refined the style of the estate and continued to improve the wines while remaining at unbeatable prices for the region. Domaine Parigot has thus built a solid reputation for the best quality/price ratio in all of Burgundy among wine lovers and the specialist press. With plots located in Burgundy Hautes Côtes de Beaune , Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune, Volnay, Pommard and Meursault, Domaine Parigot honors Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the most prestigious Burgundy appellations with exemplary regularity.
