HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
Domaine Barou is a family estate located in the northern part of the Rhône Valley. For over 20 years, the estate has been cultivating its vines and enhancing its terroir. Concerned about the environment, the estate cultivates its vines organically. Domaine Barou offers a fine range of Rhône Valley wines. Their Condrieu Imagine is a great white that will delight all lovers of this appellation.

Aging: Harvest sorted and destemmed at 80%. Skin maceration for 10 to 12 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control from 16 to 20°C. Aging for 9 months in vats.
