Strawberry jam is one of our most delicious jams, imagine small wild strawberries candied in sugar to preserve their texture, this jam is cooked optimally in order to preserve as much as possible the delicate taste and structure of this fruit to leave it whole.

L'Epicurien is a family and artisanal business that has been making exceptional jams for your sweet tooth and savory spreads for your aperitifs or cheese platters in Languedoc-Roussillon for 30 years. Founded by a Master Artisan Jam Maker, the extra jams and other sweet treats are cooked in open cauldrons in an entirely artisanal way. They are sweetened according to tradition with cane sugar in order to preserve all their taste and flavor. L'Epicurien also innovates with its savory range, perfect preserves for your cheese platters, and ideal spreads for aperitifs, verrines or to enhance a starter.
RECIPES
On toast for breakfast (a great classic), in a strawberry shortcake, to fill muffins or cupcakes, to accompany your yogurts and fromage blanc, to garnish with ice cream, to add to a fruit salad.

Prepared with 61g of fruit per 100g. Strawberries 53% (EU origin), cane sugar, wild strawberries 8% (non-EU origin), gelling agent: fruit pectin, concentrated lemon juice.
