A pure duck terrine (without pork). Candied organic Menton IGP lemons bring freshness to this duck terrine, to be served as an aperitif or starter.

BRAND HISTORY

Maison Patignac was founded in 1966, its valuable know-how has been rewarded numerous times by the Concours Général Agricole (2015, 2016 and 2019) and by the Epicures Fine Grocery Prizes (Gold 2015 and 2019). La Maison Patignac is an artisanal and family cannery located in Montesquieu Volvestre in the South Toulouse region. The cuisine cultivates a taste for the authentic and honors the Occitan and French terroir. The recipes are made without coloring or preservatives . Above all, it is a strong local anchor, 100% French products and artisanal and natural products. Maison Patignac also offers a range of organic products with delicious flavors!
