Scallops (pecten maximus) 38%, cream (milk), white fish (pollock fillets) 19%, porcini mushrooms 9%, fleur de sel, white Penja pepper 0.07%, gelling agent: agar- agar. Possible traces of edges.

Storage before opening: at room temperature (avoid hot and humid places). Storage after opening: refrigerated (between 2° and 4°) 3 days.

Noix de Saint-Jacques (pecten maximus) 38%, crème (lait), poisson blanc (filets de colin-lieu) 19%, cèpes 9%, fleur de sel, poivre blanc de Penja 0,07%, gélifiant: agar-agar. Traces possibles d’arêtes.

Conservation avant ouverture : à température ambiante (éviter les endroits chauds et humides). Conservation après ouverture : au frais (entre 2° et 4°) 3 jours.
