Presentation of Fadas Sardinade Spreads 170g - Timon & Sourrieu

A sardinade is essential in a range of Marseille spreads. Michelin-starred Chef Guillaume Sourrieu wanted it to be fresh and surprising. Don't be surprised if people call you stupid when you serve it! Sardines rich in omega 3 combined with the freshness of mint, for iron health!

BRAND HISTORY

At the beginning, a friendship which dates back to the New Year: that of three Marseille gourmets: the Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Sourrieu and the cousins ​​Nicolas and Jean-Marc Timon-David. Timon and Sourrieu share passions for taste, aromatic plants and local products. Their aperitifs have the scent of the sea and the scents of the scrubland. All recipes promote the resources of Provence and the Mediterranean .

INGREDIENTS AND PACKAGING

Ingredients: Sardine (sardina pilchardus) 63% (origin: Eastern Central Atlantic Ocean), extra virgin olive oil, shallot, lemon juice 5%, mint 2.5%, garlic, salt, white pepper.

Storage before opening: at room temperature (avoid hot and humid places). Storage after opening: refrigerated (between 2° and 4°) 3 days.
