Presentation of Bellevoye, Triple Malt Whiskey, France
Discover the Triple Malt Whiskey from the French distillery Bellevoye , the first 100% French triple malt. This whiskey is made with the three best single malts in France (North, Alsace, Charente). It benefits from primary aging for 6 years in selected distilleries, then it is assembled and aged for twelve months in new oak barrels in Charentes. On the nose we discover honey, white flowers in a slightly spicy and vanilla whole. On the palate the whiskey reveals flavors of yellow fruits, candied apples and a slight woodiness due to aging in oak barrels. The finish is long, with an enveloping mouthfeel and a velvety texture.
HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY
Bellevoye is a French distillery created in 2013 by two enthusiasts, Alexandre Sirech and Jean Moueix (Château Pétrus). Anxious to want to represent the best that France does and to highlight French know-how, terroir and raw materials, the two friends decided to produce 100% French whisky. They work in close collaboration with several French distilleries who provide them with the raw materials, then they assemble and finish them themselves in Charente. Bellevoye thus offers us a range of Whiskey representative of the best in France, with Whiskey aged in Sauternes barrels , or in Grand Cru barrels , or even a Whiskey peated with peat from Alsace. This whiskey is already served at the Elysée Palace, to give as a gift or to discover urgently!
