Hédène French Mulberry Honey has a creamy and melting texture like rosemary honey. It also has similarities with buckthorn honey because they both have a delicate flavor of red fruits. They differ in their textures. Harvested in France, in Limousin, Hédène Mulberry Honey is an extremely rare honey, symbol of a nature that has managed to remain wild. With a creamy texture, it is characterized by warm and delicious notes of blackberries whose delicacy does not prevent a long persistence in the mouth. It is a rare and delicate honey whose fragrance of undergrowth, warm and powerful flavor make it a honey to be consumed without moderation. Its subtle taste and long persistence in the mouth are incomparable. Wild mulberry flowers can bloom from June to September. Harvesting can begin as early as the end of June.
