On the palate, this vintage is delicious, refreshing and dynamic, offering a beautiful balance. The aromas perceived on the nose linger with delight, with a subtle lemony touch. The blend of Viognier and Grenache Blanc is perfect.
HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
Alain Raoux took over the family estate in the south of the Rhône valley in 1977.
in Pouzilhac, between Tavel and Uzès. Since then, with the help of his wife Claudine, he has worked with passion on his parcels of land in the middle of the scrubland. In 2016 he decided for the first time to vinify his grapes separately, with the help of oenologist David Risoul. A confidential production.
