Presentation of Bellevoye, Peated Triple Malt Whiskey, France

Discover Bellevoye Peated Triple Malt Whiskey , a 100% French whisky, made with three rigorously selected French single malts, in Lorraine, Alsace and the North, and peated with peat extracted in Alsace. The nose opens with delicate petroleum aromas, then we discover notes of mocha and spices. The palate is full and mellow with a fresh and slightly saline finish. This 100% French whiskey is complex, well balanced with a nice length in the mouth. It will delight all lovers of balanced peated whiskey.

HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY

Bellevoye is a French distillery created in 2013 by two enthusiasts, Alexandre Sirech and Jean Moueix (Château Pétrus). Anxious to want to represent the best that France does and to highlight French know-how, terroir and raw materials, the two friends decided to produce 100% French whisky. They work in close collaboration with several French distilleries who provide them with the raw materials, then they assemble and finish them themselves in Charente. Bellevoye therefore offers us a range of Whiskey representative of the best in France, with Whiskey aged in Sauternes barrels , or in Grand Cru barrels , or even a Whiskey peated with peat from Alsace. This whiskey is already served at the Elysée Palace, to give as a gift or to discover urgently!
