Presentation of Raspberry Jam - L'Epicurien

Raspberry jam is a very special jam that mixes acidity and intense flavor. This raspberry jam can easily replace your strawberry jam. In this artisanal raspberry jam the Willamette variety is used, which is the star of raspberries in baking because its fruits are large, firm and very tasty. For the tastiest jam, the jam is made in an artisanal way with open copper cauldrons which allow optimal cooking in order to preserve as much as possible the delicate taste and structure of the fruit.

L'Epicurien is an artisanal family business which for 30 years has been manufacturing exceptional jams in Languedoc-Roussillon for your sweet tooth and savory spreads for your aperitifs or cheese platters. Founded by a Master Artisan Jam Maker, the extra jams and other sweet treats are cooked in open cauldrons in an entirely artisanal way. They are sweetened according to tradition with cane sugar in order to preserve all their taste and flavor. L'Epicurien also innovates with its savory range, confits perfect for your cheese platters, and spreads ideal for aperitifs, verrines or to enhance a starter.
