HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Domaine Aléofane is an estate created in 2007 by Natacha Chave , a talented winegrower and winemaker. Working the vines in organic farming, Natacha Chave also uses biodynamic preparations to stimulate and strengthen the earth. Winemaking is based on the same principles, with little intervention, of native yeasts to obtain wines that express their true nature. Domaine Aléofane offers us bright, delicate and fine wines. Their St Joseph and Crozes Hermitage vintages stand out from what is usually done in the region with fresh and delicious wines. This area, which was still confidential a few years ago, delights amateurs and the specialized press more and more each year.
