Presentation of Domaine Blanc - Domaine de Bel Air

This white, from Domaine de Bel Air , has a dazzling hue with shimmering green nuances, revealing delicate fragrances of Williams pear and peach on the nose. On the palate, it offers remarkable persistence, where a light balanced bitterness highlights its subtle sweetness, thus revealing an authentic intensity.

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

In the heart of the Aix-en-Provence region lies an 18-hectare estate where the Bel Air vines, cultivated according to the precepts of organic farming, fully express the essence of the Provençal terroir. Each year, the grapes, nourished by the generous Mediterranean sun, are harvested by hand by grape harvesters, with the greatest respect for wine-growing tradition. This estate, founded in 1750 , is today experiencing a real renaissance after years of abandonment, thus reconnecting with its ancestral wine heritage. Around a majestic bastide, the vines have been carefully replanted on fertile soil, preserved exclusively with natural and organic methods . In symbiosis with the environment, 200 olive trees have also been integrated into the vineyard, helping to maintain the harmony and balance of the landscapes.
