Presentation of Domaine David Large – Dos Argenté
The “Dos Argenté” vintage from Domaine David Large is a fresh and pleasant 100% Chardonnay white wine. This Beaujolais Village comes from the highest altitude vines of the estate, at 400 meters. The color is pale yellow with silver highlights. On the nose, the wine reveals notes of honey and white flowers. On the palate, the Dos Argenté is a wine full of finesse and tension. Its finish is saline.
History of the estate
Since 1840, the wine estate has been passed down from father to son. David Large is therefore the heir to a rich wine history. A lover of the vines and his land, he took over the management of the estate for several years. He likes to create original vintages in his image. An artist winemaker, he offers us very high quality wines rich in emotion. Concerned about preserving its environment, the entire estate and cultivating organically.
