It is a 100% Mourvèdre wine full of elegance and finesse, far from the Bandol appellation wines. This wine undergoes as little intervention as possible, with aging in Tinajas amphorae for 6 months, which transforms the Mourvèdre with fruit freshness and delicacy, the use of native yeasts, the En Sol cuvée is unfiltered, unfined. It is an atypical wine for the region and one that pleasantly surprises us. Absolutely worth discovering!

History of the estate

The Domaine de La Tour du Bon is located in the extreme north-west of the Bandol appellation, facing the sea. This high altitude terroir benefits from 300 days of sunshine per year and tempers its aridity with sea air. Located between the sea and the mountains, the effects of the Mistral allow the vines to be cleaned up and ensure their good health without having to use phytosanitary products. The Domaine de La Tour du Bon has in fact been managing its vines in Organic Agriculture (certified) and for 5 years according to the principles of Biodynamics. All these exceptional conditions make it possible to obtain perfectly ripe grapes and produce the finest wines of the Bandol appellation in a fine and delicate style, without excess extraction or maturity. The inimitable style of Domaine de La Tour du Bon has earned it 2 stars in the Green Guide of La Revue de Vins de France.
