The Pinot Noir Portrait vintage from Domaine Zinck has a beautiful red color with purplish reflections. On the nose, we discover a bouquet of fresh red fruits. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and silky. It is a perfect wine for meals with friends, as an aperitif or to accompany tapas or grilled meats.
HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
Domaine Zinck is located on a 14-hectare vineyard in Eguisheim, in the heart of Alsace. Certified since 2021 in organic and biodynamic agriculture. The grapes are harvested by hand. There are four distinct ranges of wines: Portrait, Terroir, Grand Cru, Crémant. Eguisheim is an authentic village, in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard. It is ranked among the 20 most beautiful French villages.
Authentic wines that fully express their terroir. The choice of biodynamics is essential for them, because it respects nature and generates the original flavors from the soil to the grapes.
FOOD AND WINE
As an aperitif, with a board of cold meats and cheeses, with a piece of grilled meat, a risotto, pasta and vegetables.
