For an even more generous crunchy texture, the carefully selected hazelnuts are lightly caramelized with a touch of fleur de sel, then coated with gianduja and milk chocolate for the right balance between the dried fruit and the gianduja/chocolate mixture.


Benoît Lorlut has dedicated himself for several years to reinventing caramel. He breaks the codes of this traditional product and brings a breath of fresh air to it thanks to his talent and audacity. This creative artisan designs and manufactures caramels with high quality ingredients which have a unique melting texture, with aromas worked by infusion and surprising flavors , as well as spreads with a creamy and ultra melting texture.
