The Blonde IPA beer from the Provençal brewery Aix Pression is a decidedly different IPA. With aromas of peach and white-fleshed fruit, this beer brings a note of freshness. Crispier notes on the palate, reminiscent of green almonds, followed by a lovely bitterness of fresh hops, give this IPA a unique character.
