The organic Cuvée Alphonse Rouge from Domaine de Fontenille is a red wine in AOP Luberon with an incredibly deep nose for a truly elegant vintage. Intense aromas of blackcurrant and black cherry transport us to a forest. A black forest, yes. A very indulgent black forest cherry because this cherry is not just any cherry. Kirsch, jammy, it induces significant aging potential and a promising evolution. On the palate, the attack is elegant. Notes of spices and cocoa provide contrast. A promise of longevity!
