With a liquid texture, it surprises with its aromatic power and has a very slight bitterness on the finish. Its woody and warm aromas evoke toasted caramel. It is a full-bodied, strong and persistent honey, long in the mouth with a very subtle bitterness. Chestnut trees flower from mid-June to the end of August and the harvest takes place from the beginning of August to mid-September.
