Traditional box of Calissons from Aix-en-Provence 230g - Léonard Parli
Made using a traditional, artisanal method by their Calissonnier, the Calissons of Aix-en-Provence reflect the expertise of Maison Parli, perpetuated since 1874. They choose their ingredients for their high quality, and take care to make their Calissons paste by grinding and mixing the whole almonds, the candied melon "to the heart" and the candied orange peel under old granite rollers which allow them to preserve their exceptional texture and flavor.
