The Camargue Cru Honey from Manufacture du Miel is golden yellow in color. Then its fine crystallization gives it a straw-yellow amber color. The bees have been gathering pollen from bouquets of flowers such as white clover, sunflower, but also cucurbits, trefoil, brassicas, centauries and rosaceae. With a delicate odor and a pleasant taste, it develops a sweet flavor in the mouth, with vegetal, tangy and persistent notes. It is a smooth, velvety honey, creamy, melting, with fine, homogeneous crystallization. This honey, rich in calcium, boron, silicon, vitamin K, has antiseptic, diuretic, toning and fortifying properties.
