Lavender Honey from Manufacture du Miel is of incomparable finesse, sweet, with intense and fruity aromas, which linger in the mouth and reflect the lavender flower, thus giving a slight touch of acidity. Lavender honey releases powerful scents. It offers a true bouquet of fruity and colorful flavors in the mouth. Lavender honey is light amber - golden yellow, when it is put in jars, and whitens during its crystallization. Its texture is creamy, melting. Its characteristic is crystallization which gives it a finely granular appearance after a few months. It is a natural product which has healing, antiseptic, soothing, and anti-inflammatory properties for the respiratory tract. Lavender honey is now used in the composition of cosmetics (skin care ranges, soaps, shampoos).
