Presentation of the Domaine Mas Alezon-Faugères - Montfalette
Mas d'Alezon offers us a great Languedoc wine with its Montfalette cuvée, a powerful red Faugères. The wine is made with a beautiful majority of Mourvèdre which gives it breadth and power. On the nose, the wine is charming, with notes of cocoa, spices and pepper. On the palate, the wine is very pleasant and ample. It is generous but very delicate. The tannins pleasantly structure the wine. Once again, Mas d'Alezon offers us a top-flight cuvée.
We recommend decanting the wine 1 to 2 hours before tasting.
