The Brune Icon beer from the Provençal brewery Aix Pression is a sweet, fruity and generous beer, which presents a fine and creamy mousse with golden highlights . On the palate, Brune Icône Aix Pression beer is very aromatic with a surprising malty acidity. Notes of chocolate and coffee soften the palate and at the end of the palate, the flavors of licorice offer unparalleled freshness .
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
Located on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, in Rognes, the small family brewery, created in 2015, specializes in producing quality craft beers. A family story initiated by the son, Steven Giroud, co-founder with his mother of the brewery.
The originality of this brewery: during bottling, their beers are re-inoculated with Champagne yeasts to obtain a finer and more elegant bubble.
