Presentation of Aquae Maltae - Mistrale
Mistrale is a British-style lager, designed especially for Provence. It owes its freshness to a harmonious fusion of its components: a fruity touch coming from its organic malts, a lightness provided by its yeasts which give it a dry character, all enhanced with a subtle refreshing herbaceous bitterness thanks to European hops.
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
Discover the Aquae Maltae brewery , created in Aix en Provence by Flavien and Georges. The micro brewery offers us craft beers, with a frank and authentic taste. Made by hand and with a lot of love, all the beers are organic. Aquae Maltae puts environmental preservation at the heart of its development. The brewing residue is given to the chickens, the paper and cardboard waste is recycled, the capsules are recovered by an artist. The brewery delights us with a classic range: white, blonde, amber and a tasting range: IPA, Stout, Dry hopping…
