Presentation of Domaine de Joÿ Naturally – Côtes de Gascogne Blanc Sec

The Natural cuvée from Domaine de Joÿ is the fresh and fruity dry white wine of Gascony in all its splendor! The golden dress. The fresh and fruity nose presents notes of white peaches. On the palate, this Natural cuvée from Domaine de Joÿ offers us notes of pineapple and grapefruit. The wine has a nice length. It will be perfect as an aperitif or to accompany grilled fish.

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Like the vast majority of estates in Gascony, the history of Domaine de Joÿ begins with a mixed farming and breeding activity. In love with this region and established since the beginning of the century, the Gessler family, of Swiss origin, gradually abandoned mixed farming and dedicated the entire Domaine de Joÿ to the cultivation of vines. Today it is Olivier, Vanessa, Gaël and Kévin Gessler who have taken the helm of the family business, bringing their dynamism and youth to the service of their production of IGP Côte de Gascogne and Armagnac wines (Bas- Armagnacs) recognized throughout the world as being among the best in the region. The Joÿ estate, a follower of sustainable agriculture since 2005, has been certified in High Environmental Value (HVE level 3) since the beginning of 2019.
