Organic Pastis from the Lachanenche distillery is a perfect marriage between Provence and the Alps. It comes from a delicate blend of star anise, licorice and spices, combined with plants picked in the Alps. Pastis La Roche Bénite is intense in taste. On the palate we appreciate its finesse and aromatic complexity. It will delight all fans of artisanal pastis.
HISTORY OF THE DISTILLERY
The Lachanenche distillery is a family distillery created in 1994. Located in the heart of the Alps in the Ubaye Valley, the Lachanenche distillery benefits from an exceptional terroir. All the herbs used are harvested in this exceptional land where biodiversity is one of the richest in Europe. All the distillery's products are intense in taste, organic and 100% natural. The products are produced using a still dating from 1900, according to tradition. Lachanenche offers us a beautiful range of spirits: Gin, Pastis, Eau de vie, Limoncello .
