BRAND HISTORY
Saint-Malo inspired Saint-Malo star chef Luc Mobihan to reinvent baba by merging different culinary influences, thus marrying local products with exotic flavors. Since 2017, they have been making babas in an artisanal workshop located in Saint-Malo, in Brittany. With the use of local products and recipes developed without artificial coloring, without adjuvants and without flavor enhancers, the products contain no additives or preservatives.
