Presentation of Aix Pression, Blonde Rosé Beer
Rosé beer from the Provençal brewery Aix Pression is a beer naturally tinted with hibiscus flowers. thanks to cold infused petals , brings a flowery and very refreshing note. On the palate, the Aix Pression Blonde Rosé beer has a slight bitterness accompanied by a discreet acidity which goes perfectly with the fruity notes of citrus and lychee.
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
Located on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, in Rognes, the small family brewery, created in 2015, specializes in producing quality craft beers. A family story initiated by the son, Steven Giroud, co-founder with his mother of the brewery.
The originality of this brewery: during bottling, their beers are re-inoculated with Champagne yeasts to obtain a finer and more elegant bubble.
