Presentation of Aix Pression, White Beer
Aix Pression Blanche beer is a sweet beer with notes of calisson. This white beer has a beautiful light golden color. With its notes of candied melon, almonds and orange blossom , Blanche Aix Pression beer has a very Provençal calisson profile. On the palate, it is a fruity and floral beer with low bitterness. It will be perfect for cooling off in summer.
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
Located on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, in Rognes, the small family brewery, created in 2015, specializes in producing quality craft beers. A family story initiated by the son, Steven Giroud, co-founder with his mother of the brewery.
The originality of this brewery: during bottling, their beers are re-inoculated with Champagne yeasts to obtain a finer and more elegant bubble.
