This Pepper Blend - Sensation from Max Daumin is an original composition with the strength of Karimunda Pepper from India, the sweetness and subtlety of Kampot Red Pepper, added with a touch of surprising freshness with Cardamom from India and Pink Peppercorns from Madagascar. A composition for memorable sensations. When grinding, you will sprinkle your dish with peppery sensations but on which the cardamom will occasionally explode in the mouth. The pepper & cardamom marriage is harmonious, fabulous. The pink peppercorn and red pepper will bring some sweeter sensations in the mouth to cap this explosion of flavors and balance everything.
