This Viré-Clessé - Terroir De Clessé from Domaine Des Gandines comes from vines between 15 and 70 years old, harvested by hand and aged for 12 months in vats. This wine is fresh, round, powerful and fruity. The combination of different terroirs that make up this blend shows all the typical characteristics of a Viré-Clessé. Enjoy as an aperitif, in association with fish, seafood, Asian cuisine, frogs, Burgundy snails, Mâconnais goat cheese.
