Presentation of the Domaine de Sinaca Villa - Sinaca Rouge

Discover Domaine Sinaca Villa with the Sinaca Rouge vintage, an IGP Mediterranean wine, a dark color with a purple reflection . A gourmet nose which takes us to notes of red fruit, blackcurrant and violet notes. On the palate we find aromas of fruit and melted tannins. The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to maintain freshness and crisp aromas. They are selected and sorted before vatting. Once in the vat, the extraction of color and tannins begins. Temperatures are controlled at 24°C throughout fermentation. Manual and daily punching down allows for very fine extraction of the material. After devatting, the wines are aged for a period of 9 months

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Sinaca Villa ? This is the name given to the City of Sénas in the 9th century. The vineyard is located in this beautiful commune, in Provence between Alpilles and Luberon. Red, white and rosé wines are produced there on an area of 6 hectares.
Agathe and Nicolas returned from their experiences in the new world to give birth to a whole new domain. : purchase of agricultural land, selection of grape varieties, planting of vines and finally construction of a winery.

The vines are planted in the ancient Durance valley. The complexity of the soils between pebbles and clay transmits great minerality and richness to the wines.
The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to maintain freshness and crisp aromas.
