With its hops on the label, Aquae Maltae's Hoppydum beer sets the tone. This IPA beer is a French adaptation of American IPA. Made with 100% French hops, Hoppydum beer is a dry-hopped blonde. The use of an Alsatian hop, Barbe rouge, gives it sweet notes of forest fruits. In the mouth, its bitterness is latent. It's the perfect beer to discover the IPA style.
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
Discover the Aquae Maltae brewery , created in Aix en Provence by Flavien and Georges. The micro brewery offers us craft beers, with a frank and authentic taste. Made by hand and with a lot of love, all the beers are organic. Aquae maltae puts environmental preservation at the heart of its development. The brewing residue is given to the chickens, the paper and cardboard waste is recycled, the capsules are collected by an artist.
