Presentation of Château Revelette - Le Grand Blanc

Château Revelette Le Grand Blanc is a great wine from Provence. the work carried out by Peter Fisher gives this vintage an incredible aroma. A great wine to accompany great dishes, for a gourmet meal in complete elegance.

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Peter Fischer arrived in Jouques in 1985 and quickly became the region's emblematic winemaker. It produces local wines between 330 and 400 meters above sea level, on 30 hectares of vines scattered in the middle of a natural setting. He respects the environment and strives above all to highlight his terroir, the northernmost of the appellation. A wine lover, endearing, passionate and exciting. Accompanied by his wife Sandra for a long time, today their children Clara and Hugo are planning this great family adventure.

In the heart of Provence , 30 km north of Aix-en-Provence, in the town of Jouques, Revelette has remained in its raw, wild and mysterious state. Sheltered by the Sainte-Victoire mountain, in the middle of thousands of hectares of woods, a building, cellars, vines... A wine estate which has only one vocation: make real wine.

FOOD AND WINE

It goes wonderfully with bouillabaisse, white meats in sauce or cheeses like Munster or Epoisses. Superb pairing with truffles from an older vintage.
