The Organic Brut Cider with Bergamot made by Le Coq Toqué is made from apples from their organic orchard located in Normandy. A raw cider combined with pure Calabrian bergamot juice. Between lime and bitter orange, bergamot offers a subtle citrus nose. Converted to organic for several years, in order to preserve the authentic taste of the cider and to protect the environment, this raw cider reveals the unique Norman know-how of working with apples in all its splendor. This Organic Cider can be drunk as an aperitif as well as with an excellent pancake or a dish of buckwheat pancakes.
BRAND HISTORY
The Crazy Rooster ! it is above all a challenge: that of creating moments of conviviality around organic drinks with daring recipes. At the initiative of this project, two friends of Norman origin: Timothée & Jean-Marie . 6 years ago, they decided to develop a unique collection of organic ciders, juices, nectars and sparkling wines.
