They play in trio: chestnuts, foie gras, porcini mushrooms . We already adore each of them for who they are. Especially at Christmas. So the three combined are the devil without confession. We succumb!


L'Epicurien is an artisanal family business which for 30 years has been manufacturing exceptional jams in Languedoc-Roussillon for your sweet tooth and savory spreads for your aperitifs or cheese platters. Founded by a Master Artisan Jam Maker, the extra jams and other sweet treats are cooked in open cauldrons in an entirely artisanal way. They are sweetened according to tradition with cane sugar in order to preserve all their taste and flavor. L'Epicurien also innovates with its savory range, confits perfect for your cheese platters, and spreads ideal for aperitifs, verrines or to enhance a starter.

Chestnut puree 47% (chestnut 50%, water), block of duck foie gras 22% (duck foie gras 89%, water, seasoning 2% (coteaux du Layon, preservative: nitrite salt, salt, sugar, pepper, antioxidant: E301)), rehydrated porcini mushrooms 11%, thick crème fraîche (MILK), duck fat, salt, acidifier: lactic acid, poultry stock (WHEAT, CELERY), antioxidant: rosemary extract, spices.
