HISTORY OF THE ESTATE
Domaine Cailhol Gautran is above all a family story. “As far back as I can remember, we have always been linked to Languedoc viticulture.” The estate has been built patiently over generations. Today, Olivia and Nicolas Gautran work 55 hectares of vines in organic farming. With almost all the grape varieties of the Minervois appellation, the white rosé and red wines from Domaine Cailhol Gautran are fresh and elegant. “What we like to share with you is the result of this alchemy between our different soils and Mediterranean grape varieties.”
