Presentation of Domaine Camille and Laurent Schaller Petit Chablis - White

Quite pale soft golden color. Nose of white flowers and citrus fruits, notably lime, with a mineral sensation very present on the flint. The palate delicately restores the aromas present on the nose with the liveliness and freshness characteristic of its Petit Chablis appellation. At the end of the palate, we perceive the minerality and a certain salinity. Domaine Camille and Laurent Schaller gives us here a dry white Burgundy wine that is terribly effective as an aperitif or on a shellfish platter!
