The Châteauneuf-du-Pape Tradition Bio Blanc from Domaine de la Palud is a wine with a beautiful straw yellow color. A straw yellow color with green highlights precedes an expressive nose harmoniously blending citrus fruits, white-fleshed fruits (especially pear), dried fruits and notes of honeysuckle; The palate, quite ample and well-balanced, reveals a saline character typical of its pebble terroir. The fruit dominates the finish. A beautiful expression of the terroir to discover.
