Presentation of the Domaine de Sinaca Villa - White Aromas

Discover Domaine Sinaca Villa with the Sinaca Blanc vintage, an IGP Mediterranean Luberon wine, a golden color with coppery reflections . A gourmet nose that takes us to notes of flint and apricot combined with those of vanilla. The palate is beautifully fresh and delicious with ripe fruit. A nice length with a finish on buttery notes. The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to maintain freshness and crisp aromas. The harvest is cold macerated in the press for 6 hours to reveal the full potential of the grapes. The musts are constantly protected from oxygen thanks to particular attention from the winemaker. After a clarification phase, fermentation takes place in oak barrels for around fifteen days. The wine thus remains in its barrel for aging for a period of 9 months. A great success.

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Sinaca Villa ? This is the name given to the City of Sénas in the 9th century. The vineyard is located in this beautiful commune, in Provence between Alpilles and Luberon. Red, white and rosé wines are produced there on an area of 6 hectares.
Agathe and Nicolas returned from their experiences in the new world to give birth to a whole new domain. : purchase of agricultural land, selection of grape varieties, planting of vines and finally construction of a winery.

The vines are planted in the ancient Durance valley. The complexity of the soils between pebbles and clay transmits great minerality and richness to the wines.
The grapes are picked in the middle of the night to maintain freshness and crisp aromas.
