Domaine Des Gandines – Mâcon-Péronne
This Mâcon-Péronne from Domaine Des Gandines comes from very old 90-year-old vines, planted on stony soils. Organic farming has been practiced since 2005 and biodynamic preparations have been used since 2012. The harvest is manual, the wine is made 50% in oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel vats. Fermentation is natural, and it contains a low quantity of sulfites (60 mg/l), the wine is aged on lees for 8 months. This is a very elegant great Mâcon wine, with very good body and good acidity.
