Discover this superb Côtes d'Auxerre vintage, a dry white wine from Burgundy, 100% Chardonnay. Domaine Sorin Coquard highlights the Chardonnay grape variety in this elegant vintage. The wine has a golden yellow color. On the nose, we discover notes of candied fruits such as dried apricot. On the palate, the Plénitude vintage has intense notes of fruit and toasted bread. The wine is full-bodied and round. This vintage, aged for 12 months in oak barrels, is rich, with a beautiful aromatic complexity and an elegant finesse.
