In this recipe, Guillaume FERRONI worked with rare citrus fruits grown at Domaine du Jasson in La Londe Les Maures (Var).
This recipe is marked by the Hand of Buddha, an extraordinary citrus fruit, whose delicate fragrance echoes the beauty of this fruit... A true marvel of nature!
Citron has also been incorporated into the recipe, so this gin is imbued with citrus notes that give it great freshness.
The four selected citrus fruits ( Buddha's Hand, Citron, Lemon and Sweet Orange ) are all used fresh to enhance their aromas.
The nose reveals the freshness of an Italian garden. Buddha's Hand and citron bring out the powerful aromas.
