This Beer comes from a collaboration between Brasserie La Petite Aixoise and Les Rhums du Sud . The addition of Rosemary Lemon Rum twists this beer to give it a Provençal accent!
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
La Petite Aixoise was created in 2015 in Saint Cannat near Aix en Provence. The brewery offers a whole range of artisanal, local, and 100% natural beer, without additives or synthetic flavors. La Petite Aixoise brews using a traditional method and respects a long fermentation time to offer high quality beers. White, Blonde or Amber, the craft brewery offers you beers of character, crafted in accordance with ancestral methods with high quality raw materials. La Petite Aixoise takes its name from a Provençal legend that of a young girl who learned the secrets of brewing from monks on pilgrimage to the Priory, this legend would also have inspired the painter Cézanne for his paintings, in which La Petite Aixoise would be hidden .
