Creamy Honey from Manufacture du Miel is the result of a process that breaks the crystallized grains of honey to obtain this creamy texture. Made from all-flower honey, it is subtly floral. Very smooth on the palate, it reveals fresh and fruity notes when tasted. It will be perfect on toast, in yogurt, or by the spoonful. This honey is very rich in trace elements and manganese (anti-allergic, anti-oxidant). It has antiseptic properties.
