Alpha Pavonis organic beer from Brasserie de la Plaine is a powerful Sweet IPA with rye and generously dry hopped. Lactose gives it a creamy and sweet softness. Gold medal at the Lyon competition in 2019 and Bronze medal at the France Bière Challenge 2019. To discover as soon as possible!
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
The beers from Brasserie de la Plaine are quality craft beers brewed since 2013 in Marseille. Living beers: unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. Slight haze and yeast deposits are normal and typical of traditional methods. Permanent recipes are certified organic and the most common beers are made from regional cereals, while waiting for the sectors to allow a complete supply of local cereals.
