These Quatre-Épices Vallée du Faraony from Max Daumin are unique because each of the spices comes from the same producer located in the Faraony Valley (Madagascar). The spices benefited from the same climate, the same terroir and the same attention paid by the producer, just like wine and its best blends. We therefore offer you this "pure origin" quatre épices. This bouquet of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Pepper and Clove delivers a warm, smooth and sweet flavor. This blend is perfect for foie gras and gingerbread. A few words about the choice of packaging: The berlingot is made and printed in Isère. This over-packaging, i.e. the 10 berlingots in a box, represents 2/3 of an 80g A4 sheet. This allows you to preserve your spices completely without them deteriorating.
