At the beginning, a friendship which dates back to the New Year: that of three Marseille gourmets: the Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Sourrieu and the cousins ​​Nicolas and Jean-Marc Timon-David. Timon and Sourrieu share passions for taste, aromatic plants and local products. Their aperitifs have the scent of the sea and the scents of the scrubland. All recipes promote the resources of Provence and the Mediterranean .


Serve and keep refrigerated, to spread on toast, to nibble with Timon and Sourrieu savory biscuits or crunchy vegetables


Ingredients: Northern scorpionfish 60% (origin: central-eastern Atlantic Ocean), fish soup (fish 50%, water, vegetables (onions, leeks), tomato paste, salt, aromatic plants, spices including saffron), apples earth, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, onions, parsley, potato starch, dill 1%, salt, garlic, spices (Espelette pepper, spigol, white pepper).

Storage before opening: at room temperature (avoid hot and humid places). Storage after opening: refrigerated (between 2° and 4°) 3 days.
